NORTH LONDON JOINT WASTE STRATEGY

The Authority is currently preparing a new Joint Waste Strategy that will cover the period until 2020. This strategy will be used to facilitate the procurement of new Waste Management Services to increase recycling and recovery and divert more waste from Landfill. It will be used to design the new NLWA integrated waste management contract that is due to be let when the current contract ends in 2012.
