The minutes should be read in conjunction with the agenda for the meeting. - STATEMENT OF MEMBERSHIPDetails the membership of the North London Waste Authority for the remainder of the municipal year as notified by the seven constituent Boroughs who are entitled to nominate two representatives.
- APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO COMMITTEES AND OTHER APPOINTMENTSOutlines matters that must be taken into account when establishing committees, details procedures relating to attendance at meetings and seeks appointments to the following bodies:
• The North London Waste Authority Urgency Committee

- NORTH LONDON WASTE AUTHORITY – ANNUAL REPORT 2004/2005 - APPENDIX 1This is the 2004/5 Annual Report for the Authority, in a similar format as previous years, linking in to the Best Value Performance Plan.

- 2004/2005 REVENUE AND CAPITAL BUDGETS FINAL OUTTURN AND 2005/06 FIRST BUDGET REVIEWThis report provides details of actual expenditure and income for 2004/05 and briefly comments on the current financial position and outlook for future years. Based upon current information the Authority is forecast to have a revenue surplus of £2.137m at 31 March 2006. A review of the outlook for the period 2006/07 to 2008/09 reaffirms the likelihood that waste management costs will continue to rise significantly over this period. A further review of the financial position will be reported to the Authority meeting in October.
- JOINT WASTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT UPDATE - APPENDIX 1This report notes progress with the North London Joint Waste Strategy.
It also provides recent information on the Authority’s projects funded by the London Recycling Fund.
