- DRAFT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY - Appendix 1This report puts forward the draft Procurement Strategy produced by the Authority’s appointed consultants in consultation with the Authority’s officers and highlights the key conclusions and recommendations for approval to allow the Authority to proceed with procuring its next waste management contract(s). - WASTE PREVENTION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN - Appendix 1 - Appendix 2 - Appendix 3This report and accompanying plan outlines the additional actions needed in order to progress towards the waste prevention objectives outlined in the North London Joint Waste Strategy. The plan provides some interim targets to be reached and assigns responsibilities for achieving the same. The plan has been produced with guidance provided by the Strategy Implementation Board and an officer working group.
- NON-HOUSEHOLD WASTE CHARGING REVIEWThe report develops the new method agreed in principle at the last Authority meeting for assessing the amount of non-household waste delivered for disposal by each borough, illustrates its broad impact but recommends that the Authority continues with the current scheme in 2007/08 and refines its evidence base before implementing the new scheme in 2008/09.
