- NORTH LONDON WASTE AUTHORITY ANNUAL REPORT 2006/2007 - APPENDIX 1This is the Annual Report for the Authority covering the year 2006/7 which gives an overview of some of the main issues dealt with by the Authority, and which links into the Best Value Performance Plan.

- PROCUREMENT PROGRAMME UPDATE REPORTThis report provides an update on the Procurement Programme and sets out the process and timescales involved in producing an Outline Business Case for application to DEFRA for PFI Credits. It also recommends that the Authority submits an Outline Business Case (OBC) to DEFRA for PFI.
- REVIEW OF EARMARKED RECYCLING RESERVEAt the budget meeting in February the Chairman reported that he had requested officers to prepare a future report on the Authoritys earmarked recycling reserve. This report provides details of the funds origins and outlines the way forward.
- ANNUAL REVIEW OF RISK MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENTSThis report comes to the Authority as the relevant body under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 with responsibility for risk management arrangements
- RISK REGISTERResponsible for the waste disposal function of waste arising from NLWA constituent councils
- DRAFT CLIMATE CHANGE BILL CONSULTATION - APPENDIX 1 - APPENDIX 2This report provides Members with an overview of the Governments Draft Climate Change Bill, which was published in March 2007 for consultation and which will create a new legal framework to underpin the UKs contribution to tackling climate change. The report highlights the key issues of relevance to a waste disposal authority such as the North London Waste Authority and provides a written response to the consultation draft, which Members are asked to approve.
- THE LONDON MAYORS DRAFT BUSINESS WASTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY - APPENDIX 1This report provides members with an overview of The London Mayors Draft Business Waste Management Strategy, formerly referred to as the Wider Waste Strategy.
