EcoPark House building

Edmonton EcoPark House

EcoPark House is our new educational outreach and community hub, located at Edmonton EcoPark.

This two-storey building invites local communities to learn about waste prevention and recycling, as well as a new home for the Edmonton Sea Cadets.

EcoPark House was built to encourage and enable community activity and engagement. It offers a vibrant and flexible space for north London residents and communities.

The centre serves three key functions:

A base for the Edmonton Sea Cadets

Facing onto the River Lee Navigation, the centre is well located to provide a long-term space for the Sea Cadets. Based in Edmonton since 1943, the Sea Cadets’ mission is to celebrate Britain’s maritime heritage and support young people to develop life skills.

Site tours

EcoPark House is the starting point for pre-arranged EcoPark tours involving an engaging walk-around of the site, bringing waste management to life.

Schools visits

EcoPark House offers an exciting opportunity for students and visitors to learn about waste at the EcoPark in Edmonton.

The school visitor experience at EcoPark House builds on the current in-school education offer and tours already being delivered by North London Waste Authority, LondonEnergy Limited and Acciona as part of their social value commitment.
