Up To Earth: Circular Economy Collage Workshop

Netherwood Youth and Family Hub 5 Netherwood Street London NW6 2QU

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Who are Up to Earth?

Up to Earth is a not-for-profit organisation and education initiative that helps people reconnect with the natural world and everyday life on Earth. Up To Earth's mission is to advance environmental sustainability education by making learning about the environment enjoyable, accessible, and grounded in strong science. Up to Earth received funding through the North London Community Fund to deliver fun and educational Circular Economy Collage workshops to help participants understand waste and consumption and explore practical ways to take action.

What is the event?

A collaborative workshop based on strong economic and environmental science. In three hours, you'll understand the root causes of resource depletion, map product lifecycles, and identify actionable strategies like reuse, redesign, and recycling to implement both professionally and personally. As 17 October is International Repair Day, the organisation will deliver the workshop in coordination with the Kilburn Repair Club, where people can repair electronics, and Cycletastic, which repairs bikes.

When: Saturday 17th October

Where: Netherwood Youth and Family Hub - 5 Netherwood Street, London NW6 2QU
