Who are Sewn Together? 

Sewn Together bring together Haringey residents who are facing loneliness and isolation, using creative topics as a tool to improve overall health & wellbeing. Sewn Together received funding through the North London Community Fund to deliver a hands-on creative programme with workshop, seminars, pop-ups and a community summit. Women & Girls Leading the Reuse Revolution is a waste prevention programme empowering women and girls to reduce waste through sustainable menstrual products, textile reuse, and innovative plastic braid recycling. 

What is the event? 

Learn practical skills in sewing & simple clothing repairs, hair care, sustainable menstrual & menopause wellbeing, personal hygiene and textile reuse & upcycling.
