What is The Big Plastic Count?
Greenpeace and Everyday Plastic have teamed up to run The Big Plastic Count since 2022, where nearly 250,000 people from schools, households and communities across the UK took part.
By counting your plastic for 1 week, 11th-17th March, and joining in with the Count's project, your school will help to contribute to the biggest investigation into UK household plastic waste.
"Right now, world leaders are negotiating The Global Plastics Treaty – an international legal agreement to stop the harmful impacts of plastic. This is a once-in-a-generation chance to protect our planet from plastic pollution." - Greenpeace
