Who are Islington Climate Centre?
Islington Climate Centre is a vibrant community hub and a solution-oriented education centre, building community resilience and adaptation for a sustainable future in Islington and beyond. Their mission is to accelerate the transition to a regenerative and sustainable future by engaging, informing, and connecting communities. Islington Climate Centre received funding through the North London Community Fund to deliver Community Repair Hub sessions.
What is the event?
The Islington Fixers will help you fix your broken electricals and electronics to save them from waste. The focus of the event will be skill-sharing, where participants with broken items take an active role in their repair.
