LB Haringey consulted on two area action plans - for Wood Green and Tottenham. NLWA has responded to the Tottenham Area Action Plan (AAP) because it encompasses the Reuse and Recycling Centre (RRC) at Park View Road and the Authority’s offices at Ashley Road.
