What happens to materials taken to a reuse and recycling centre?

In partnership with LondonEnergy Limited, the company we wholly own, we manage seven reuse and recycling centres in north London. We accept a wide range of different items, from lightbulbs and printer cartridges to bikes and babychairs! The list of items does vary a bit between sites, so please do always check the individual webpage before you visit.

Over all, we recycle, reuse or compost around 74% of the materials brought to our reuse and recycling centres. We put aside reusable furniture to sell in our ReUse Shop; clothes, shoes and paint are all reused, and we also offer free DIY materials at two of our sites.
