The Members’ Recycling Working Group (MRWG) is a Members’ working group. The Authority’s Working Groups have no decision-making powers, and meetings and other arrangements are not subject to the rules which otherwise apply to either full Authority meetings or meetings of the Authority’s committees such as the Programme Committee for which minutes are available on our website. Accordingly, the minutes of the working group meetings are not publicly available on our website.
