What is the long term future of the Barrowell Green recycling centre? Are there plans to decommission it, and where can information about this be found?

Thank you for your request of 17 June 2021 regarding the above. This request is being handled under the Environmental Information Regulations (EiR) 2004 and has been allocated the reference number 2021-121[1].
You asked if we could provide the following information regarding:
- What is the long-term future of the Barrowell Green recycling centre?
- Are there plans to decommission it, and

There are eight reuse and recycling centres in north London, with information about them all on the following page of the North London Waste Authority (NLWA) website https://www.nlwa.gov.uk/places-to-recycle/resource-recycling-centres
However, the Barrowell Green site is managed by London Borough of Enfield, not by NLWA, so unfortunately, we cannot answer your request for information about this site. Accordingly, this letter acts a refusal notice under EiR Regulation 12 (4): (a) [the] Authority does not hold the information.
