Old bicycle inner tubes and tyres cannot be recycled at home, but there are lots of recycling points you can take them to. They are part of a scheme called Velorim. Just search on the Velorim website (opens in a new window) to find one near you.
If you are unable to recycle inner tubes or tyres at a Velorim location, they would have to go in your rubbish bin.
