Who are New Tribe?
New Tribe are a sustainable arts based organisation. New Tribe received funding through the North London Community Fund to deliver workshops that blend textiles upcycling with repurposing kitchen waste.
What is the event?
The workshop is part of a series exploring circular, sustainable craft practices. Working with food waste attendees will first dye textiles and then use the dyed fabrics to weave a tapestry curtain.
