Revenue budget and levy

The proposed revenue budget and levy for the forthcoming financial year, which commences on 1 April, is available as an agenda item at the February Authority meeting every year. Authority reports are available on the Our Reports page.

Procurement and contract information

Information on our current contracts is in the Contract Register, which is available on the Transparency and Supplier Payments page.

We advertise tender opportunities on Contracts Finder, and on Find a Tender if the contract values are over the relevant thresholds.

Prior to 1 January 2021, procurements with contract values over the relevant thresholds were advertised on Tenders Electronic Daily, the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

Licencing applications: waste management licence All licences and permits are held by our contractors.
Licencing applications: Section 61 licences All licences in relation to Section 61 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 are held by our contractors.
Planning applications: North London Heat and Power Project

The Authority's application for a Development Consent Order (DCO) in relation to the North London Heat and Power Project was approved by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on 24 February 2017. The decision documents from the examination are available on the Planning Inspectorate's National Infrastructure Planning website.

The DCO, known as the North London Heat and Power Generating Station Order 2017, came into force on 18 March 2017, and was subsequently amended by the North London Heat and Power Generating Station (Correction) Order 2018, which came into force on 6 July 2018, and the North London Heat and Power Generating Station (Amendment) Order 2018, which came into force on 20 July 2018.
