End of COVID pre-booking system at reuse and recycling centres
From Monday 7 November, you no longer need to book in advance if you want to visit this reuse and recycling centre by car, bicycle or on foot. You can simply arrive at the site during opening hours. Read more about the decision to end the COVID pre-booking system at RRCs.
DIY Material Collection Service
This site is offering a DIY material collection service free of charge. If you'd like to drop off or collect any DIY materials from this RRC please speak to a member of staff for information and potential restrictions. Unwanted but good condition materials can be dropped off at any RRC and will be made available through this scheme.
Restrictions on hardcore, rubble, soil and stones
Each North London household can take up to six standard rubble sacks of soil/rubble to an RRC each month. This includes concrete, brick, stones, pebbles, soil, sand and gravel. A standard rubble sack is 51cm by 76cm (20 inches by 30 inches) or equivalent.
Entry requirements
There is a 1.85m height restriction barrier in use at this site.
Book a visit for van or trailer
For visits in a van, please make a booking at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. Proof of residency, such as a utility bill is required for van bookings. Read more about visiting an RRC in van or trailer on our Making a Van or Trailer Booking page.
Commercial/trade waste
Trade (commercial) waste is not accepted at any of our RRCs. However, we have created a list of some local facilities that do accept trade waste. Please note that this list has been provided in good faith, but should not be taken as exhaustive or as an endorsement of the companies listed.
